[評房] 新華區(qū)武莊村城中村改造穩(wěn)步推進(jìn) 武莊小學(xué)新貌初現(xiàn) 2011-08-05 00:00:00 進(jìn)入論壇 來源：平頂山晚報(bào) 本報(bào)訊（記者巫鵬實(shí)習(xí)生李灑灑）4層的教學(xué)樓主體工程已經(jīng)完工，工人們正在進(jìn)行著排水及室內(nèi)裝修工程……昨天，記者在位于新華區(qū)西市場街道武莊村內(nèi)的武莊小學(xué)新址看到，作為武莊村城中村改造組成部分的武莊小學(xué)已經(jīng)拔地而起。 昨天上午9時(shí)許，記者來到新華區(qū)西市場街道武莊村，只見這里不少民房已經(jīng)拆遷，村民安置房工程正在開挖基礎(chǔ)。在武莊小學(xué)新址，記者看到樓房主體已經(jīng)完工，教學(xué)樓外墻粉刷也已經(jīng)基本結(jié)束，教室內(nèi)的日光燈吊裝完畢，工人們正在安裝門窗。學(xué)校的承建方——平頂山市百合新地置業(yè)有限公司負(fù)責(zé)人告訴記者，武莊小學(xué)有24個(gè)普通教室，音樂教室和樂器室各2個(gè)，科學(xué)教室和儀器標(biāo)本準(zhǔn)備室各2個(gè)，美術(shù)教室、計(jì)算機(jī)教室、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心、衛(wèi)生保健室、圖書室等一應(yīng)俱全，此外還有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)籃球場、排球場以及操場和升旗廣場，能夠滿足同學(xué)們體育活動(dòng)和其他戶外活動(dòng)的需要。 采訪中記者了解到，武莊小學(xué)始建于上世紀(jì)70年代。近年來，學(xué)校規(guī)模和設(shè)施已經(jīng)無法滿足社區(qū)發(fā)展的需要。新華區(qū)西市場街道辦事處負(fù)責(zé)人告訴記者，根據(jù)市規(guī)委會(huì)審批的武莊村城中村整體改造規(guī)劃，武莊村進(jìn)行城中村改造后，將建設(shè)2所小學(xué)和2所幼兒園。 新華區(qū)武莊村城中村改造指揮部負(fù)責(zé)人介紹說，武莊村改造項(xiàng)目是2010年華合論壇的重要簽約項(xiàng)目。根據(jù)我市城中村改造的相關(guān)政策，在城中村改造中，教育配套和安置房將先行建設(shè)。作為城中村改造的先行項(xiàng)目，武莊小學(xué)于去年12月開始動(dòng)工建設(shè)，今年秋季開學(xué)前可投入使用。
